Mr. Pitta concentrates his efforts in legislative advocacy on behalf of the firm’s labor union, not-for profit, M/WBE, and corporate clients. Mr. Pitta routinely monitors, attends, and reports to clients on legislative hearings and hearings of various executive agencies, and serves as a liaison between clients and various industry-specific organizations. Vito also monitors legislative and executive agency action at all three levels of government; public and private sector procurement monitoring; as well electronic and print media.
Mr. Pitta also monitors public and private sector procurement of goods and services for the firm’s clients and regularly assists them with responding to RFP, RFI and RFQ proposals and relating documents.
Mr. Pitta is a graduate of New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where he was a Lewis Rudin Scholar for the entirety of his undergraduate career. In 2008, he received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Study, having concentrated in law, language, and linguistics. Having graduated summa cum laude, Mr. Pitta was a Founders’ Day Award recipient and Honors Scholar. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011, where he was a Carlswell Scholar.
