J. Antonio (Tony) Quesada is Senior Managing Director at Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno LLC, helping to bolster the firm’s practice group in the state’s capital as well as aiding clients in realizing their city budgetary and legislative goals.

Mr. Quesada joined Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno after spending over a decade at The Wright Group where he passionately represented nonprofit organizations. Mr. Quesada understands the unique challenges faced by nonprofit organizations and can provide tailored government relations strategies and comprehensive lobbying services to ensure their voices are heard by key decision-makers. His commitment to fostering collaborative efforts and strategic guidance has empowered numerous nonprofits to amplify their reach and effectiveness.

Since joining Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno in September of 2023, Mr. Quesada has helped to advance legislative, policy, and funding priorities before New York City and State governments. To better represent our New York City and State clients, Mr. Quesada is also involved in developing long-term strategies for our labor, corporate and development clients who require a sustained and consistent approach to safely navigate what can be a turbulent New York City and State government landscape ensuring their voices are heard and respected.

Prior to his work at The Wright Group, Mr. Quesada led a diverse career holding several prominent roles including serving at the Queens Borough President’s Office of Management and Budget. He also managed the public affairs and community relations for organizations such as Citibank and Con Edison. Mr. Quesada served as the Executive Director for the Cultural Institutions Group, a collective of over 35 private cultural organizations in New York City spanning from art museums to performing arts centers.

Mr. Quesada also devotes his time as a volunteer with Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves communities across the globe before, during and after disaster and crisis. He has provided aid and restored homes across the country in communities that have suffered through the cataclysm brought on by natural disasters.
