Ashley Meza joined Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno LLC in 2025 as a Senior Government Relations Specialist. In this role, Ashley is utilizing her more than 10 years of New York State and New York City Government experience to advise clients on budgetary, regulatory, and legislative matters in City and State government. Ashley accesses her vast network to directly engage principals and staff on behalf of not-for-profit, private, and labor clients. In addition to budget, legislation and agency procurement, Ashley also utilizes her many years of communications experience to develop communication and engagement strategies for our clients.

Prior to joining Pitta Bishop Del Giorno LLC, Ashley was most recently serving as Downstate Director for NYS Lieutenant Governor Antonio Delgado. Representing him in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, and Rockland counties. Prior to that role, Ashley served as Chief of Staff for New York City Council Member Nantasha Williams and as Senior Advisor and Communications Director for New York State Senator Jamaal T. Bailey. Ashley has also served on the board and as President of local political organizations and brings a wealth of knowledge in political campaign experience on all levels of government including, but not limited to, experience in New York State Board of Elections and Campaign Finance filings. Ashley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the George Washington University. Ashley is fluent in Spanish and is currently learning French.
